How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 2-5 business days to arrive with our express carrier such
as DHL, UPS or EMS.
If I buy merchandise which needs to be produced, how long does it take?
It will take 7-10 business days to produce the merchandise. It will then
take 7-10 business days arrive at your door. If item is in stock it will be
shipped as soon as possible.
Is the price negotiable?
No, the price on our website is the lowest possible price we can offer to
our customers. However, if you wish to place an order of $4000 or more please
email us or give us a call to discuss any order discounts.
Where is merchandise shipped from?
The items are generally shipped from Australia, We sometime shipped direct
from Asia, generally China.
If there are any defective products, what is your policy?
If there is any defective merchandise on your order we will issue you a refund
for the defective merchandise which will be deducted from your future purchase.

No, there is no local pick-up as all merchandise will be delivered straight

Do you offer samples?
Yes, we will provide a sample order; however, the price of a sample is the
price listed for the particular item x10. The reason is that it is much more
expensive to place a one item order.
If I have a customer who needs a wholesale purchase will you ship directly
to him?

Is the stock in hand merchandise always available?
Due to the nature of our business and the high volume of sales we receive
it is possible that even though an item is listed as “in stock” it
may actually be out of stock. We will let you know before you send the money
whether the item is ready to be shipped or it will take 7-10 business days
to produce.
What about customs?
All shipping costs to your destination including taxes and duties of your
respected country is your responsibility. However, we have been in business
